Re-Writing Policy (Re-writing in the Same Licensing Cycle)

If you do not pass your exam after purchasing one or more of our courses and you are re-writing during the same licensing cycle, we will renew your access for the previously purchased course(s) free of charge for the Access Period associated with when you are registered to write the exam

Please note: renewals are not permitted past the Winter Exams (typically held in Feb/March) or for subsequent licensing cycles. 

Returning Student Policy (Re-writing in a New Licensing Cycle)

If you do not pass your exam after purchasing one or more of our courses and are re-writing in a new licensing cycle, we may provide you a one-time Returning Student Discount on your first purchase within the new licensing cycle, regardless of which courses were previously purchased.
